Version 4.32 Release...

1) Remove the "retry forever" policy on temporary errors. News servers are not consistent in how they report errors and we cannot safely discern temporary from permanent errors anymore.
2) Added a Percent Complete status for incomplete posts
3) Improved NZB file processing to be more robust and consume less RAM
4) Automatically trim the CHUNK folder while NewsBin is running instead of only at startup.
Version 4.32 is also a testbed for an enhanced plugin interface that will be present in the version 5 series.
As with 4.31, note that this version does not work under Windows 95, 98, 98SE, or Windows ME. If you are still running one of those OS's, you will need to stick with Version 4.22.
