NewsBin 5.10 Release Candidate for Registerered Users...
Posted: Mon Mar 13, 2006 4:13 pmThe NewsBin Pro Release Candidate Version 5.10 is now available for download and evaluation by registered users. We rely on our registered user base to tell us when a Release Candidate is ready for Production Release for new users. Version 5.1 has seen many improvements over the current 5.05 production release.

- Now has true Dual Core Support - Multi-processor and Hyperthreaded CPU systems will benefit with faster header load and search times.
- Implemented Automatic Download Mode capabilities.
- Implemented better chunk cache management to minimize RAM usage.
- Moved AutoRAR into a tab and made it more dynamic.
- Version 5.1 can now run in a restricted user account.
- Added a column in Download, Scratch, and Failed tabs to show currently selected download path for each post.
