Speed Limit 50 icon

I've been running 4.3b5 build 4766 for 4 hours now and it works great.
The mem usage is really low too.
One thing i don't unerstand is that speed limit 50 thingie, i press it and nothing happens, is there something i have to do in options to get it to work, or is it one of those idiot buttons that you press and press for hours and hours lol Image link not allowed for unregistered users

Under Preferences->Options->Network, there is a Bandwidth Limiter setting. Enter a number, in bits per second, check the box, and Newsbin will limit the bandwidth it uses to the number you set. It's helpful if you're trying to use another program on the Internet while Newsbin is downloading. The speed limit icon is simply a faster way to enable the limiter.
