Internet Search for explicit string

This question pertains to using Internet Search only. How do you search for an explicit string? I'm searching for the title "The Science of Science Fiction" which I've enclosed in quotes and the results I get are not what you'd think. If quotes don't work, what does?

I did some digging around and couldn't find anything that matched that phrase. It could be if it can't find anything it reverts to normal keyword search. I'll ask Dex about it.
