Filter question

I want to make a filter that is accepting the post which contains a part of the following sentence (it is the subject) :

Urfman posts [081/137] - nietmeerinkansas (81).rar (001/134)

What is the best way to filter (accept) f.i. "nietmeerinkansas" in the above line. I have no idea.
Do I have to make an subject filter or a filename filter or both.

Subject filter will work on what is in the Subject line and therefore controls what is displayed in the Post List, and thus what yopu select to download.

File Filter applies at download time, and uses the actual filename that is found in the post (this can be different to what the subject says). It therefore has to start downloading the post before it can apply the filename filter.

Which one you use is up to you - depends on where you want the filtering to take place.
