Getting a new computer

Do I just Go to the main page
Download the latest version
and plug in my key and what do I copy from my old C drive to
get my db information that shows my groups and setup information

Yes install and register on the new machine.

I'd copy the whole data folder over. On the old machine if you select "Open data folder" from the options, it'll show you the folder. On the new machine as long as the logged in user has the same name as the old machine, you ought to be able to copy from one machine to the next. It might be a bunch of data.

I might "open data folder" on the new machine, then the same on the old. Then copy from the old machine to the same folder opened by "open data folder" on the new machine.
