NZB Files in various sub folders

When searching for .nzb files, I found them in:
\Newsbin\Data\Nzbs
\Newsbin\Data\Nzbs\Nzbs (duplicate of \Newsbin\Data\Nzbs)
\Newsbin\Data\Nzbs\Downloads (single versions and different from the ones in \Newsbin\Data\Nzbs)

What settings should I use to clear these files once they have downloaded?

They should be auto-clearing when they get 2 to 3 days old.
