Cannot Download from Search Tab

The only relevant post I found said "That's an easy fix," but didn't say what the fix was.

If I click on a file in the Search Tab, the check mark appears, but isn't added to the download tab. I tried installing the the Beta 6.9187 and got the same result although once I got a message "Subscription Expired." Checked and it shows I paid up 3 weeks ago.

Another weird thing. For all the search results the Group is listed as "Only"

Not crazy about paying for a useless search engine.

You might need to re-register your key in Newsbin then restart Newsbin. The registration key is how the search engine knows who you are.

The "only" implies you don't have an active account or you need to re-register Newsbin with the proper key.

If you had a trial key before, make sure you use the key you got when you registered.

Tried that. No impact. No downloading and still "Only" in Group list

Use the email tech support form on the www.newsbin.com website. Dex can check your code. It still sounds like you're using the wrong code. Some people have multiple codes but only one has a search account associated with it.

I can tell it's working but it doesn't think you have a search account,.
