Hello
I can do a rescan topic one watchlist at a time.
I want to select all of them and rescan them all.
Is it possible ?

It's not really possible. It just wasn't designed to work that way sorry.
I'd suggest updating to the current beta before you rescan too. It's been improved in various ways.
