error downloading group list

I just started using USENET.FARM and this is the error when I tried to download group list. Any idea or suggestion?

ERROR Downloader: Command Exception NEWS SERVER ERROR: Usenet.Farm SendCommand - Failed: 430 failed forwarding. Cmd: LIST Usenet.Farm

I'd suggest contacting them. It looks like a server error.

If you already have a group list from another server, you probably don't need to download from these guys. All servers have pretty much the same groups. You can manually add groups in the groups options of there are a couple specific missing groups. You can add them by hand editing the NBI configuration files too.

Got no response form USENET.FARM so far. Is there a web site somewhere that can be used to search available newsgroups? That will help with trying to add groups manually.

It won't help you find newsgroups on a server that doesn't have them,maybe switch to a newsgroup server that has most of the groups.
