NewsDemon Problem?

I use a NewsDemon block account with Newsbin Pro 6.90 Build 5524

For the past 2 days I can not get new headers. I get these error messages. Can someone tell me what they mean? Thanks

Looks like a server problem to me.

You know you don't have to download headers from all of your servers. You can set one server for headers and the others not to download headers.

Not sure where you see multiple servers as only use one: us.newsdemon.com

Each of the 23 groups I try to get new headers from pop up the error message. Hopefully NewsDemon gets it fixed soon as it has been three days now.

Update:

I thought I would try something from my end and it seems to have fixed it. I selected all 23 of my groups and purged all storage. Then downloaded new headers and got lots of them including the ones from the past three days.

I don't know what that means as far as where the problem was.

Just pointing out a general rule.

You could pick one of the groups right click and select "Post Storage/Use Download Age".

Then set the "Download Age" to 7 days.

Then try to download headers from that group and see what happens. Sometimes servers will renumber their groups. When that happens you have to reset Newsbin to match the new numbers.
