The progress bars remain, in grey color, after a download has completed. They eventually disappear at some point. If I'm d/l a bunch of images the progress bar item is removed once the image is displayed in the Thumbnails window. Hiding the thumbnails window does not fix it though.... odd.

Make sure you have autopar turned on. The files list feeder happens through autopar in B7. You can disable unrar if you don't want it unraring. This dependency will be (has already) been removed in the next version.

It's true that the small file downloads clear slower than they used to, again it's because of the autopar thread. This has also been rectified. They still download as fast as or faster, they just don't clear as fast.
