Newsbiin doesn't close in 6.80b7 build 4965

Hi Guys

I just upgraded to 6.80b7 build 4965 - running windows 7. About half the time that I try to exit N/B it exits smoothly. The other half of the time (whether I try to x-out of it or choose exit from the menus) it doesn't close. The doyouwanttoclosenb dialogue comes up, and after I choose yes, "running" turns to "paused" and is red in the taskbar, and then nothing happens - it hangs.

I had this problem before and had to retreat to an earlier version, but at that time you guys said that you had heard this problem from others. I'm going to retreat again, but would love to know if there are others who are also still having this problem.

It goes into pause for me and once it finishes with it's db's it closes.

Thanks for responding. Yup, it goes into pause - sometimes it doesn't come out and close. The ratio of times it does close seems to be getting a little better, but I still sometimes have to kill the thread. I'll compact my groups and see if that helps.
