Watchlist scans - scan days

Hello,
I've noticed that sometimes when a post is incomplete, it doesn't always add the post to the download list until it is complete. When I do a manual rescan I see the post and manually start it's download. I really only need to scan the last day. 30 days is far more than I need and adds delay.

Is there a way to change the default from 30 days for the Scan days?
It's not a big deal, it's just an annoyance to have to change it from 30 to 1.
