Sorting by Alphabet

How to I sort by actual letters in the Download Path column? I want to sort like Windows or a dictionary, not by ASCII number, with all the lowercase files at the bottom of the list even if they start with an "a". The only option I can find is to ignore Re: in the posts.

Also the Download Descriptions column doesn't sort alphabetically at all. It looks like it sorts by post subject, but if show filenames is selected the column should sort by what's visible or trying to sort the column doesn't do much except scramble the posts.
