Click on item in download list and select add new password.
Unable to add a new encrypted RAR password to the existing list. First time I've tried this for a while so it might have been there for a while.

Question. Are added passwords for encrypted RARs themselves encrypted or can they be found as readable text?

1 - To add passwords to a try list, use the Options menu.

2 - The option in the download list is to assign a specific password to the download itself.

The problem with the password list is the more passwords in the list, the slower all the processing will be. So I moved towards "per download" passwords. It's also seems to be true that one password per download is now the rule.

The passwords are stored in the plain text file in the data folder. It's read each time Newsbin tests passwords so, you can edit it, add passwords and they'll apply as soon as you save the file.
