MacOSX + Wine + Winebottler = Newsbin Glory.

While it isn't officially supported, we have many users who successfully run NewsBin under Linux with a Windows emulator (Wine is the most popular). This forum exists for you Linux guys to share your experience getting NewsBin running on Linux as well as report any strangeness that we may or may not be able to fix. DThor is the resident expert.

I was seriously thinking of installing bootcamp/windows xp on my new mac just so that I could run newsbin. The link below will give you all of the info you need to avoid that.

Yes. little robot sits on my dock just like any mac program. downloaded files go into mac home dir... still testing but so far, its 100% functional.
