Case Sensitivity in searches

Postby PeteH » Mon Nov 07, 2016 3:48 pm

Out of the box, Newsbin appears to perform case-sensitive searches. How do I make it search ignoring case? Thanks

It should be case insensitive. Where and how are you searching?

If you want to talk specifics, you can PM me.

Thanks for your help. Yes, I've done another search which yielded a smaller resultset. I can vary the case within my search, and I get the same results each time. Sorry, my bad.

It's no problem. I was wondering if maybe something less used like "search for poster" had become case sensitive.
