Warning - Unable to load language dll

I tried to delete and reinstall but am getting this pop up all of the sudden.
Any ideas?

It was running fine
Yesterday I went to open the program and I immediately get this prompt.

I have uninstalled / reinstalled a couple time and even tried an older version.

You probably need to check your security software and see it if messed with the language.dll file.

I just got home and the language.dll file is in the newsbin folder like it should be and AV shows no flags in the past week.
Any other ideas?

What changed on your PC? Something changed that now prevents loading of the DLL. Is there anything special about your PC or OS?

Still having the issue with not loading the Language.dll
I'm running win7
no recent changes
virus and malware come up with nothing
Yesterday deleted and installed again with still no luck.
Newest newsbin launches fine on my laptop, just not main PC

Anyone know how to dig into the dll area? throw me some ideas...I'll give them a try.
