Prevent automatically downloading group lists on startup

Every day when I first launch Newsbin... it starts to automatically download group lists. Is there a way to disable Newsbin from doing this?

I mainly download files via NZBs and rarely browse groups within Newsbin.

I realize it's not a big deal and thought it would save a bit of time and bandwidth.

It should only do it one time when you wipe and re-install so, I'm not all that inclined to change it for people who do that alot.
