Rar size

I complete a search and choose the file. Double click to DL. The green page appears, but the size of the file goes from 6GB down to 200MB. I look at the RARs and there are only a couple listed. For a 6GB file I should have a lot more Rars. Help please!
Example, 6.2GB file has 26 files and 10 pars in its info list, then when I double click to dl it drops to 1 file, 0 pars and size=207MB.
In logging there is an UNRAR error " Volume open error". The unrar folder pointed to has plenty of space.

Do you see any "430" errors in the logging tab? "430" means the server doesn't have the files anymore. Might need to try some other downloads till you find one that works.
