Garbled header titles

So when looking at headers I see names of headers that are just random characters and letters. Is there any way to make any sense of this? I like to load headers and browse sometimes. Searching doesn't always help. But with headers of such random gibberish I don't get it. And i have no idea about any open current nzb sites like from 10 years ago.
