Newsbin 6.91RC3 5855 strange behaviours

Strange behaviors of Newsbin.
Some files are downloaded only on the second attempt; no error messages, simply tagged to download but ignored.
Some music files (with complete and correct tags) are not inserted into the respective album folder (as I set), or only some are inserted, or the folder is not created.

Are the files coming from header downloads or search?

Either way, when you select a file to download, the information to download it has to come from the header files or from the search server. Adding but not showing up seem to suggest some problem getting this download information.

As for the second thing, if the files are in RAR files, Newsbin doesn't attempt to "mp3 mode" them anymore. It just uses the folders in the RARS. As an experiment, you might try downloading without also selecting the PAR files. Then see if they all go into the proper folders. Repair can snatch and re-build files that Newsbin doesn't then re-process with the ID3 information.

With these kinds of split apart files, Newsbin can't really know when the last one comes so, you can actually trigger a repair while some files are still downloading.

I have an idea for a fix for this but it's to big a change for 6.91.

Files are coming from header downloads.
For the second thing, files are not in RAR files: they are all separate .flac files.
